PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the medicine effect of a tablet manifestable by melting immediately after it being swollen, wherein the tablet is made easy to melt in a mouth so as to be easier for the old and the like to swallow. SOLUTION: According to this molding machine, a mortar 4 having a mortar hole 41 is installed on a rotary board, and an upper pounder 5 and a lower pounder 6 are held at upper and lower parts of the mortar 4 slidably in a vertical direction. Under the condition that a pounder tip is inserted in the hole 41, the upper pounder 5 and the lower pounder 6 are moved in a direction for approaching each other, so as to compression mold the powder P charged in the hole 41 between an upper pounder bottom face 5a and a lower pounder top face 6a. In this case, before the powder is charged in the hole 41, a sealed space S surrounded by at least the face 5a, the face 6a, and a mortar hole inner face 41a is formed, and the lubricant is sprayed in the sealed space S.
