PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive panel which can be equipped with a frame material and flexibly deal with a change of the surface material shape. SOLUTION: This panel comprises a frame material 4 placed at least curved along a deformed edge part, surface materials 31, 32 placed there-on and-under so as to sandwich the frame material 4, and an edge member attached to the frame material 4. The frame materials 4 is equipped with a surface plate part (erected plate) and a folded piece (upper piece 4a and lower piece 4b) equipped with slits 6 formed bent from the surface plate part and made so that the surface plate parts to be curved extending/contracting width of slits of the folded piece.
