PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a meshing tool wherein the size of an opening or the location thereof can be set freely and the meshing tool is used only at a required location to avoid waste. SOLUTION: A meshing tool tape on which a meshing tool 11 is provided is cut into a predetermined shape and length to produce an opening forming piece 10, and a cylindrical part 20 is produced to form a bag body, following which the piece 10 and the part 20 are pasted to each other to manufacture a bag 1 with meshing tool. By manufacturing the piece 10 comprising the meshing tool tape separately from the cylindrical part 20, the piece 10 can be set to any size so that the part 20 can be attached to any location. Thus the size and location of the opening of the bag 1 can be freely set and also the meshing tool 11 can be set according to the size of the opening, and hence waste of the tool 11 can be avoided and production costs can be reduced.
