PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain excellent storage property of an image in an image forming part and to enable fast treatment and treatment with a small replenishing amt. without producing stains by specifying the silver chloride content in silver halide included in one layer of photosensitive layer, incorporating specified compds. into a bleach-fixing liquid, and allowing a specified amt. of silver halide as a silver salt to remain in the photosensitive material after the treatment process is completed. SOLUTION: The silver chloride content of silver halide included in at least one layer of photosensitive layer is >=80 mol.%, and the bleach-fixing liquid contains compds. expressed by the formula I to III. After the treating process is completed, >=1 wt.% and <=50 wt.% of silver halide in the photosensitive material is left as a silver salt remaining in the photosensitive material. In the formulae I to III, Q, Q1 are a group of atoms necessary to form a nitrogen- hetero contg. ring, R1 to R3 are hydrogen atom, 1-6C alkyl groups or the like, A is -(C=X)-N(R)(R'), -(CH2)n2-(C=X)-N(R)(R') or the like, and R11' is a hydrogen atom, alkali metal atom or the like.
