Arrangement has a specimen or micro-titre plate, a white light source (5), a divider plate (14) and optical devices for forming images of measurement and reference light beams on a position resolving detector array (22) of a CCD camera connected to an evaluation unit or computer. Optical image elements perform simultaneous, overlap-free imaging of the measurement and reference beam paths (3,4) at different positions on the array. A monochromator with several interference fillers (9) is arranged in the illumination light path (1). A collimating unit (11) is arranged between the monochromator and divider plate or specimen or micro-titre plate. An optical imaging element (17) for full spatial separation of the measurement and reference beams is arranged in or near an intermediate image or aperture stop plane (18).
