<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fiberboard cushioning and fixing material which can be easily manufactured by bending and superposing corrugated fiberboard sheets and has high cushioning characteristics and can be easily recycled after use. SOLUTION: A corrugated fiberboard sheet 15 is used as a base material, and a relief hole 16a is formed near the center of the sheet 15. And outside fold lines 17a-17e and inside fold lines 18a-18c are formed radially from the hole 16a by punching, and other outside fold lines 17f-17h and inside fold lines 18d, 18e are formed on the sheet 15, whereby triangular sections 15a-15m divided by the fold lines are provided and assembling protrusions and relief grooves for folding are provided at predetermined locations. And the sheet 15 is folded successively to form a corner buffering and fixing material wherein right-angled buffer walls A, B, C each comprising stacked corrugated fiberboard are formed adjacent to one another.</p> |
