发明名称 SUPERPOSED ARC WELDING METHOD OF ALUMINUM WORK
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weld strength by increasing a penetrating quantity of beads into a downside work and to obtain an excellent appearance by smoothing the surface of the beads, in a welding method which welds vertically superposed aluminum works using a plasma arc welding torch and wherein a molten pool is formed in the downside work after a hole is formed in an upside work and next the molten pool and the hole are filled with the beads. SOLUTION: When a hole is filled by sending a filler metal 5 into a plasma arc (a), a plasma arc welding torch 3 is vertically weaved. A dynamic pressure by the flow of plasma gas is varied, a molten metal from the filler metal 5 is supplied to a molten pool 7 under the variation of the dynamic pressure, the molten pool 7 is extremely stirred, and a penetrating quantity of the beads 8 into the downside work 2 is increased. Also, the beads 8 are smoothed by the variation of the dynamic pressure, and the surface of the beads are smoothed.
