The invention relates to a plate-shaped wood construction element (1) made of at least two layers (2, 5) which are glued together. In order to guarantee advantageous structural relationships, the invention provides that at least one of the layers (2, 5) is comprised of a wood layer (3) which is corrugated by steaming or pressing. Said wood layer supports, on at least one side thereof, an additional layer (5) which is glued onto the back surfaces (4) of the corrugations. |
