<p>The carrier disks (4) of a working roller structure are locked together by bolts (6). The carrier disks (4) and the bolts (6) are injection molded in one piece. The free ends (8) of at least a part (6) of the bolts lock into the molded holes of the facing disks, in a ratchet fit. The working roller structure, especially for use in a car wash, has a rotating roller core (1) with a number of concentric working disks (2) of a flexible material and pref. foam. Each disk (2) has a number of strips (3), with their inner ends clamped between concentric plastics carrier disks, and are on a radial alignment to the roller axis (A).
