摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform lock control with the high degree of freedom of attachment and detachment while maintaining the reliability of an operation in the environment of network-connecting a notebook PC by using a LAN docker. SOLUTION: When a PC main body 100 wakes up, a docking condition discrimination processing for checking whether or not the use of a LAN controller 31 is possible is performed. When a docking condition is satisfied, the LAN controller 31 is turned to an operation state and the PC main body 100 is used in the state of being locked by a lock mechanism 35. When a WOL function is enabled, by energizing WOLEN signals, even when the PC main body 100 enters a sleep state for instance and DOCPWON signals are turned OFF, the LAN controller 31 is continuously supplied with power. In this case, since locking by the lock mechanism 35 is unlocked, a user can immediately detach the PC main body 100 from the LAN docker 200 and carry it.</p>
