PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device compact in constitution, light in weight, and reduce parts in number while a yaw moment control function is being provided. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a differential case 9 which is rotatably driven by the driving force to be inputted by way of an input shaft 3 of an engine, a differential mechanism 11 distributing the rotation of the differential case 9 to the sides of wheels by way of paired output members 23 and 25, a speed acceleration mechanism 13 and a speed deceleration mechanism 15, which are interposed between the input shaft 3 and the output member 23, clutches 17 and 19 which are interposed among the output member 23, the speed acceleration mechanism 13 and the speed deceleration mechanism 15 respectively, and with an actuator intermittently actuating the respective clutches 17 and 19 separately.
