PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the tilt of an original only when the tilt correction is needed by preparing the 1st and 2nd original detection means and a means which switches both detection means to detect the tilt of the original and to correct the image data when a tilt detection mode is set and detecting the original without deciding its tilt to high-speed process the image data when the tilt correction mode is not set respectively. SOLUTION: A total control part of a digital copying machine performs the transfer of data with every control part and also controls an operating panel 90. The panel 90 includes a tilt correction mode key 99 which sets a tilt correction mode and a display part 99a which shows the tilt correction mode. Furthermore, a liquid crystal touch panel 91 is added to the panel 90 together with ten keys 92 which register the numeric value such as the page numbers, the number of copy sheets, etc., of an original, a clear key 93 which resets the numeric value, etc., at standard value '1', a panel reset key 94 which resets the internal set value of the copying machine, a stop key 95 and a start key 96. |
