PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a credit limit on a slave card from a master card by subtracting the utilization limit of a moving object from the utilization limit of a moving origin card and adding it to the utilization limit of a moving destination card. SOLUTION: A credit card user 120 is provided with a wallet 121 which is a terminal for transferring the utilization limit from the master card 113 to the slave card 114. The master card 113 checks whether or not the utilization limit of the moving object exceeds the movable utilization limit of the master card 113 and whether or not the slave card 114 is defined as the moving destination of the master card. Then, the utilization limit of the moving object is subtracted from the utilization limit of the master card 113 and the utilization limit is updated. The slave card 114 checks whether or not the utilization limit of the moving object exceeds the maximum limit of the slave card 114. Then, the utilization limit of the moving object is added to the utilization limit of the slave card 114 and the utilization limit is updated.
