PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a requirement of an antinomical characteristic of a heat- resistant form retaining property and an anti-low temperature impact property by integrally forming a flexible covering layer capable of unseparately connecting and supporting a molded product body at the time of a rupture thereof on an inner side surface of the molded product body formed with a synthetic resin material having the heat-resistant form retaining property. SOLUTION: A molded product body 32 is formed with a synthetic resin material having a heat-resistant form retaining property and a flexible covering layer 52 capable of unseparately connecting and supporting the molded product body 32 at the time of a rupture thereof is integrally formed on an inner side surface of the molded product body 32. The synthetic resin material having the heat-resistant form retaining property includes, for example, a material having a thermal deformation temperature (4.6 kgf/cm<2> ) (ASTM D 648) of 80 deg.C or more, desirably 100 deg.C or more. Whereas a forming material of the flexible covering layer 52 can include various kinds of thermoplastic elastomers and a synthetic rubber. The thermoplastic elastomers are preferable from the point of view of simultaneous molding and the synthetic rubber is preferable in the case of forming the layer 52 by coating. |
