SUBSTANCE: method includes subcutaneous introduction to male-frog of blood serum of examined cow; withdrawal in 1-8 h of fluid with sperm from frog cloaca and examining it under microscope. Sex of fetus is determined by location and activity of sperm. EFFECT: method with higher accuracy of determination.
