An electric and electronic equipment installation sheet, wherein a flat-shaped equipment main body is mounted together with auxiliary parts on the seat surface part of a pad member, the pad member is enclosed by a trim cover formed laminatedly of skin material and wadding material, the wadding material equivalent to the area of the equipment main body is formed by separating it from the wadding material laminated on the trim cover skin material vertically to the other member, the equipment main body is installed on the wadding material of the other member, the wadding material of the other member is installed on the pad member at a specified position, the pad member is enclosed by the trim cover so as to combine the wadding layer of the trim cover with the wadding material of the other member, and the equipment main body is mounted in the layer between the wadding material of the trim cover and the wadding material of the other member so that the requirements for accuracy of mounting position of the equipment main body, distance to the seating surface of a seat, and the seating feeling equivalent to that given by a sheet to which the equipment main body is not assembled are all satisfied.
