摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bubbles from developing and fibers from being napped by a method wherein a spray composition and a fiber reinforcing material are met together in the air and sprayed against a mold with a spray-up machine and then a titanium oxide is sprayed on the sprayed mold. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforcing material and a resin composition are met together in the air and sprayed with a spray-up machine against the surface, onto which a releasant is coated or a gel coat layer is formed when necessary, of a mold produced in advance. After a layer having about 1-3 mm in thickness is formed by one time of spraying treatment, a titanium oxide is sprayed on the resultant layer. The amounts of the above-mentioned stocks used are determined to be, for example, 60-90 pts.wt. of the sum of the resin composition and the titanium oxide and about 10-40 pts.wt. of the amount of the fiber reinforcing material under the condition that the sum of the resin composition, the titanium oxide and the fiber reinforcing material is set to be about 100 pts.wt. As a result, the mixing of bubbles and the napping of fibers are prevented from occurring, resulting in allowing to improve the quality and productivity of a molding.
