发明名称 MILLING APPARATUS FOR RESIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a labor-saving apparatus with short milling time, no deterioration of a product and less amt. of generation of fine powder and coarse powder, by a method wherein a molten and kneaded resin compsn. fed through a cylindrical body of a rotor is passed through small holes of a uniformly heated punched metal net with different hole diameters. SOLUTION: A resin melted and kneaded in a biaxial extruder 10 is fed into an inside rotor 1 connected with a motor 11 through a cylindrical body 7 cooled by passing a cooling medium through between the inner and the outer walls. The hole diameter of a punched metal net made of a nonmagnetic material with a high thermal conductivity on the outer periphery of the outer rotor 2 connected with a motor 12 is the same as or smaller than the hole diameter of the net of the rotor 1 and it is uniformly heated with a magnetic material being brought into contact with both metal nets, an exciting coil 6 and a DC power source generating device 8. Then, the resin after it is fed to the rotor 1 is flown and moved to the metal net by centrifugal force and the resin being brought into contact with the metal net is easily passed and extruded through the holes of the metal net without increasing melt viscosity and the resin made into fine powder and fibrous shape by being flown and moved is recovered by the net of the rotor 2.
