PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card which has excellent waterproof property and impact resistance by a simple means and is superior in mass productivity. SOLUTION: With respect to an IC card 1 where an annular antenna coil 3 and a substrate assembly 6, where circuit parts 4 consisting of an IC chip or the like for storage and processing of information (data) are arranged, are electrically connected and are stored in an electrically insulating plastic case 2 constituted by fitting half cases 2a and 2b to each other, the substrate assembly 6 is constituted as a mold substrate 6b where a connection lead part 6a for connection to an antenna coil terminal lead part 3a is exposed and which is previously molded using an electrically insulating resin. |
