PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance power generation efficiency by reasonably improving the retention thermal energy of exhaust gas from an engine. SOLUTION: This power generation device is equipped with an engine 3 driving driven equipment 1, and a boiler 4 producing steam by thermally heating water to be fed by exhaust gas from the engine, and it is so constituted that turbines ST are interlocked so as to be connected with a power generator 2 by steam produced by the boiler 4. In this case, a plurality of the turbines ST are interlocked so as to be connected with the power generator 2, and a heat exchanger 5 is provided, which heats up steam exhausted out of the turbines ST by the exhaust gas having passed through the boiler 4 of the engine 3, and it is so constituted that a plurality of the turbines ST are driven by steam produced by the boiler 4, and steam heated by the heat exchanger 5. |
