The invention concerns a suture anchor for fixing soft tissues (16) against a bone (17), comprising a hollow body (2) including expanding means (6, 7) limited in their plastic deformation, when an external force (T) is applied for fixing the suture anchor (1) in the bone (17), by stop means (14), such that the expanding means (6, 7) are reversible when another external force (P) is applied for removing said suture anchor (1) from the bone (17).
