PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify the reaction in electrodes by guiding reaction materials into connecting holes in the same or opposite directions on both sides of main body sections with first and second spacers forming direct connecting holes and connecting reaction holes between both side bulkhead sections having common holes with a pair of first and second through holes provided on both sides of the plate-like main body sections having an electrode reaction. SOLUTION: Each first bulkhead section 52 on one side of a main body section containing a solid electrolyte film and electrode layers on both faces is provided with first through holes 1, 6 and second through holes 2, 5 of a discharge common passage and third through holes 3, 7 for cooling water. Hydrogen passes through first connecting reaction holes including a square space 4 and guide spaces 8, 9 with guide sections partitioned by a peripheral edge spacer 541 and slant spacers 542, 543 provided together with through hole partition spacers 544-547 of a first spacer 54. Oxygen passes through second connecting reaction holes in the opposite direction of each second spacer located between each second bulkhead section on the other side of each main body section and the main body section. |
