PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic appropriate questionnaire production device with which a user can automatically set appropriate questionnaire items and also can automatically produce a questionnaire form with no experience without speeding time and cost. SOLUTION: This device consists of an input device 201 which inputs a data base 207 of questionnaire items which are hierarchized at a prescribed number of levels, an automatic generation means 202 which automatically generates the questionnaire forms by means of the base 207, a trial means 203 which tries the questionnaires by means of the questionnaire forms generated by the means 202, a totalizing means 204 which totalized the trial results of the means 203 and an analysis means 205 which analyzes the questionnaire results. The means 202 automatically generates the first questionnaire form based on only the base 207 and then generates the second and subsequent questionnaire forms based on the base 207 and also in consideration of the results of the means 205. |
