摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an air bag door so as not to be broken and scattered when inflating an air bag by giving excellent rigidity feeling and deformation resistance obtained by monolayer injection molding, and interposingly engaging and/or directly attaching the door to an instrument panel. SOLUTION: In this air bag door, it forms a thermoplastic elastomer composition whose total of components A to D is more than 400 MPa in bending elastic modulus, more than 25 MPA in tensile breaking strength, and more than 40 KJ/m<2> in Izod impact strength by means of injection molding, and thus it is interposingly engaged and/or locked to an instrument panel. The components of A to D are as follow: A is propylene ethylene block copolymer (40 to 60%) having less than 10 g/10 min. MFR, less than 13% in ethylene content and more than 8 KJ/m<2> Izod impact strength, B is ethylene monopolymer (5 to 20%) having less than 5 g/10 min. MFR, and more than 0.94 g/cm<3> density, C is ethylene propylene copolymer (10 to 25%) having less than 3 g/10 min. MFR, and D is elastomer (10 to 25%) with a block structure of styrene and conjugate diene (CH2 =CH-CH=CH2 ) of less than 20 g/10 min. MFR.
