<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection type data network for securing the in- sequence delivery of a message. SOLUTION: A connection type data network is provided with a foreign network 62 and a home network 70. The foreign network 62 is provided with a foreign mobile exchange center and a base station, the latter being provided with an access hub accompanied by a service inter-working 66. The home network 70 is provided with a home mobile exchange center, which has a home inter-working function 72. A roaming end system is a subscriber to the home network and is operated inside the foreign network, and a message is transferred through the service inter-working by using a protocol for securing the in- sequence delivery of a data packet between the roaming end system and the home inter-working function.</p> |
