PURPOSE:To generate an artificial whirl by introducing a fluid from an inlet of a cylindrical body and sucking it from a suction port, thereby generating a whirl flow along the inner wall surface of the cylindrical body in directions of both tangent and length of the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A fluid whirl generating pipe 11 and a fluid circulation pipe 14, both forming a fluid inlet 12, are communicated to each other via a pump 15 located at an end. If a fluid such as oil is always circulated through the pipes 1, 14, the fluid becomes in a whirl flow condition within the whirl generating pipe 11 and a whirl fluid A can be produced by forming a whirl fluid C and a core section B. A fluid whirl can be thus generated with a simple mechanism using a fluid such as oil, water, etc.
