The layout of the engine block (1) and wheel (4) comprises an axle (5) rotating in the engine block casing (9) which includes the four stroke IC engine (2). There is a dry type continuous belt transmission drive (3) and power reduction gearing (6). A braking system is arranged on the side opposite a casing side wall turned towards the wheel. The belt transmission is mounted between the reduction gear and the braking system.
