<p>At the time of assembling a door mirror device (10) for a vehicle, a visor rim (28A) is assembled, by an elastic hook (30), a rigid hook (34) and a contact portion, to a frame (12) to which a retracting mechanism (14) and a mirror surface adjusting mechanism (16) are mounted.
