PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily supply purified water even in emergency by providing a sterilizing means for obtaining a sterilized water by sterilizing filtrate by a filter for filtering pool water and a hollow fiber membrane module for obtaining the purified water by purifying a part of the sterilized water and circulating the purified water and remaining sterilized water to a pool. SOLUTION: In the case of producing the fresh water for drinking water or domestic water using pool water at the time of emergency such as earth quake, the pool water in the pool 1, after foreign elements are removed by a hair catcher 2, is fed to the inside of a drum 4 of a filter 3 to be separated into a solid component and filtrate. The resultant filtrate is fed to an ultraviolet irradiation device 6 from a reservoir 5, irradiated with ultraviolet ray in the presence of chlorine to oxidation-decompose an organic dissolved component in the filtrate and to be sterilized while decreasing the consumption of permanganic acid. And almost of all sterilized water is returned to the pool 1 through a return pipe 12 and the remaining part is fed to the hollow fiber membrane device 9, where the spore of an algae or the like is removed. The purified water obtained in this manner is taken out to the outside of the system by switching a three way valve 10. |
