Heavy duty door hinge with radial and axial bearings

A heavy duty door hinge has alternate sections (A,B) connected to the door and to the wall fitting. The sections are made from two concentric metal tubes linked by ribs, eg. an aluminium extrusion. The hinge pin (9) is held between end sleeves (15) and through thrust sleeves (8) which transmit the weight on the hinge to the bearings, which are held by thrust flanges. The bearings are alternately radial and axial. The door is attached to flanges linked to the door support sections.
