<p>Remedies for erectile dysfunction containing as the active ingredient quinazoline derivatives represented by general formula (I) which have a potent and selective cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitory effect and are useful in treating or relieving sexual impotence, etc., or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. In formula (I) Y represents N or CH; -X1-X2-X3- represents -N=N-NR7-, -NH-C(=N-CN)-NR7-, -NH-C(=N-CONH¿2)-NR?7-, -N=CR8-NR7-, -N=C(NHR9)-NR7-, -N=C(OR10)-NR7-, -NH-C(=O)-NR7- or -NH-C(=S)-NR7-.</p> |
