PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pressure oil temperature from exceeding the upper limit of tolerance. SOLUTION: In case of pressure oil temperature 19 exceeding the set value lower than the upper limit of tolerance and in case of the reciprocating frequency 32 of a car 1 within a certain time exceeding the allowable frequency, pressure oil is cooled (20), and the elevating speed of the car 1 is switched to low speed (33). Even in case of high service frequency of a hydraulic elevator device, the temperature rise of pressure oil is therefore suppressed, and the operation stop of the hydraulic elevator device can be prevented. |
