FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: link gear has slides, link member mounted on axle and made in the form of at least two nonparallel guides with the slides moving in them. Link gear also includes connecting member installed on axle and hinged to slides. Method provides for rotation of at least one of the members about its axis. In this case, axle of one of members is rotated simultaneously with respect to introduced main axle, and axle of other member is rotated relative to the first member axle. Both members are rotated about their axes, and angular velocities of planetary and rotary movements are synchronized. Link gear is provided with main shaft and synchronizer. The latter is coupled to main shaft or body from one side and to at least slide or link member, or to connecting member, or to two of them from the other side. At least one of the members or slides is hinge-mounted in synchronizer for rotation around main shaft and for ensuring additional planetary rotation of any one member relative to main shaft and for planetary rotation of the second member with respect to the first member axle.
