PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a foamed resin from creeping round to an exposed surface side of a nonwoven fabric incident to the molding of a seat pad by a method wherein the nonwoven fabric is facially positioned in a cavity space to a shaping surface side to be assembled with a tool surface of a molding tool, and the seat pad is molded integrally with the nonwoven fabric of the foamed resin. SOLUTION: A press tool 2 press molds a nonwoven fabric for a cushion pad. By using the press tool 2, one face side is kept in a fiber state as it is with a cold press tool 2b, and the other face side is press molded to a specific shaped surface with a hot press tool 2. Thereby, a three dimensionally shaped nonwoven fabric is obtained from a cottony body 1'. Then, the nonwoven fabric is assembled in a foam molding tool equipped with top and bottom forces. In this case, the nonwoven fabric is assembled in the foam molding tool by positioning the specific shaping surface facially in the foam molding tool. After assembling the nonwoven fabric, the molding tool is clamped, and the cushion pad is foam molded integrally with the nonwoven fabric from the foamed resin of an urethane or the like. |
