<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively damp the vibration of an input part or an output part to reduce the impact noise by an impact mitizating member arranged on the input part and/or the output part when a displacement means displaces one of the output part and the input part to the other. SOLUTION: When the timing of supplying a paper which is an image forming body is detected by a sensor, a power is supplied from a power source through a cord 10a, and an electromagnetic clutch 10 is switched from driving force cutting state to driving force transmitting sate. According to this, an armature 17 is accelerated by the electromagnetic force and collided to the side surface 15b of a rotor 15. Although the rotor 15 is excited by this impact, a viscoelastic member 16 has the function for effectively damping the generated vibration. Thus, the impact sound in the collision of the armature 17 to the rotor 15 can be reduced. Further, a viscoelastic member 20 also effectively damps the vibration of the armature 17 and the rotor 15, because the viscoelastic member 20 is compressed and arranged.</p> |
