An apparatus (10) for processing green waste comprising a sectional rotatable drum (20) having therein as components a plurality of first blade members (22), a plurality of second smaller blade members (24), a plurality of longitudinal platforms (28) each having teeth-like projections (29) on their perimeter, a plurality of spikes (26), and an end cap (30) with radial members (32) thereon to retain larger material within. The radial members (32) have additional teeth-like members (74) thereon to further assist in the processing of green waste. Upon discharge of the processed green waste, one or more screening members (42, 46) adjacent to a discharge end (31) permit passage of varying sizes of processed material. The components, including the teeth-like members (74) on the radial members (32), may be removable.
