PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by storing a receiving side telephone number and a transmitting side personal identification number and sending data of the receiving side telephone number and data of the personal identification number to an exchange in the case that the telephone number is selected and dialed so as to eliminate the need for entry of the personal identification number each time a telephone number is entered. SOLUTION: Program data of a magnetic disk 25 are transferred to a flush memory 22 as a program recording medium and stored therein. The program data provides a function for registering a personal identification number also in the case that an opposite telephone number is registered with one operation to a facsimile equipment T, and a function for automatically adding data of the registered personal identification number after data of the telephone number and transmitting the resulting data in the case of making dialing by a one-touch key 18e. Thus, the use can send the telephone number and the personal identification number automatically to an exchange 26 without entry of the personal identification number at each dialing.
