PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize solar energy by designing a roof panel as a solar power generating device provided with a plastic frame of a foam body penetrating the frame. SOLUTION: A crystalline solar battery 3 buried in a flexible plastic material 2 is fitted to the lower face of a glass plate 1. The flexible plastic material 2 is constituted of two separate films of a hot-melt adhesive, and the solar battery 3 is inserted between them. After heat/adsorption treatment, two films are fused to form the flexible plastic material 2 firmly stuck to the lower face of the glass plate 1, and the lower face of the flexible plastic material 2 is covered with a cover film or a sheet 4. The glass plate 1, the flexible plastic material 2 buried with the solar battery 3 in it and the cover film are connected to form an integrated unit 5. |
