CRUSHING METHOD OF RUBBER MOLDED PART AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizing method of rubber molded part improved in the handling property of a material to be pulverized, reduced in the consumption of liquefied nitrogen and capable of making the device compact. SOLUTION: The rubber molded part such as a spent tire is crushed into a chip having <=5 cm one side, the crushed chip is supplied from a crushed chip charging port 3 of one end part of a cylindrical horizontal chamber 2, transported to another end part, cooled equal to or below the transition point of the rubber by spraying liquefied nitrogen near another end part from a nozzle 7 and discharging vaporized low temp. gaseous nitrogen from a ventilation port 8 of one end part, discharged from a crushed chip discharge port 4 of another end part and successively the rubber component of the crushed chip is crushed by impact of a hammer mill 19 into <=5 mm particle diameter.
