PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an output of a signal whose amplitude is limited. SOLUTION: A reference voltage is fed respectively to first and second voltage generating circuits 2, 3 of an input section with a high impedance to produce an internal voltage VCs(Vsa) from the circuit 2 (3), which causes an internal power supply voltage with a prescribed voltage level at a first power supply node 4 (7) of an output circuit 10. Stabilization capacitors 15, 18 are connected respectively to the internal power supply nodes of the output circuit. The power supply voltage depends on MOS transistors (TRs) 5, 8 operated in the source follower mode, a charging/discharging current is driven via the stabilizing capacitors in the operation of the output circuit, resulting in outputting surely an output signal the amplitude, of which is limited to an output node.
