PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk array device which resumes and restores an interrupted data write processing on the way even if one of plural disk devices breaks down. SOLUTION: When the interrupted write processing is resumed, new data is stored in a non-volatile memory 34. When a parity cannot be reproduced since data cannot normally be read from a third disk device (32-2, for example) except for a disk device (32-1, for example) being a new data write object and a parity disk device (32-5, for example), the data write means 113 of a special write execution means 110 subscribes new data stored in the non-volatile memory 34 in the designated write position of the pertinent disk device (32-1, for example). |
