PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invert the surface and the back of a device without changing a forward-rear direction of the device by one action in a relatively simple structure, to shorten the whole length of a passage, and to miniaturize a system. SOLUTION: This surface-back inverting system 17 is formed of a device inverting chute 30 having a passage 37 inclined at the same angle to a feed chute 16 to temporarily contain a device 3 supplied from the feed chute 16, a drive unit to invert the device inverting chute 30, and a stopper mechanism 32 to lock the device 3 in the passage 37. The drive unit 31 comprises a rotary cylinder, and the device inverting chute 30 is installed on a rotation shaft 60 of it. On the rotation shaft 60, the device inverting chute 30 is installed. The rotation shaft 60 is rotated for a larger angle than an inclination angleαof the device inverting chute 30, and the device inverting chute 30 is rotated for 180 deg. in a semi-conical form around a rotation center of the rotation shaft 60 to invert the surface and the back of the device 3 to be dropped to a measuring part chute 19.
