FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes composition for preparing absorbing polyorganosiloxane based material of general formula: HO{[(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>2</SB>SiO]<SB>m</SB>}<SB>e</SB>H, wherein n is 30-50, m is 1-10, 1 is 50-100 with viscosity of (21-6-)10 Pa*s. Composition comprises (wt parts): polyorganosiloxane, 100; boron containing agent such as acid or ether, 0.1-10; inert fillers 0.1- 30; perfluoropolyether, 0.1-5.
