FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: device has clamp with needles provided with supporting areas and needle tensioning devices. Clamp is made as half-ring on which carriage with threaded bushing is secured semiloosely. Bushing is intended for threaded rod radially directed to center and provided with square tail-piece on one end and spherical hinge for cover-plate, on the other. Carriage is fitted with two stop screws. Needle-tensioning device are manufactured in the form of shackles secured loosely on clamp ends and provided with screws for tensioning of needles and fixing of their ends.
