PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an anti-slip tape from peeling off from the anti-slip tape welding surface of a pallet. SOLUTION: Only at the approx. center between the anti-slip welding surface of a pallet P and the rear surface of anti-slip tape T, the pressing force of a pressing roller 1 is applied. By this method, a molten resin existing between the rear surface of the anti-slip tape and the anti-slip tape welding surface of the pallet can be suppressed from being discharged from a place between the anti-slip tape welding surface of the pallet and the rear surface of the anti- slip tape, and therefore, the anti-slip tape is firmly affixed to the anti-slip tape welding surface of the pallet, and the anti-slip tape can be prevented from peeling off from the anti-slip tape welding surface of the pallet. |
