PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and automatically transmit a detectable dial pulse by calculating a make rate or a make time and a break time by which the dial pulse is detected, and storing the make rate or the make time and the break time which are calculated after correction. SOLUTION: When the dial pulse is transmitted, a main control part 10 calculates the actual make time and the break time of the dial pulse which is transmitted to an exchange with a line from a HOOK0 signal and a HOOK1 signal which are inputted from line current detecting part 2. The main control part 10 compares the make time and the break time of a DP data area 12a of RAM 12 with the calculated make time and the break time so as to calculate the correction value of the dial pulse, that is, the correction value of the make time and the break time based on a comparison result. Then, the main control part 10 writes the make time and the break time of the dial pulse, which are calculated after correction, in the DP data area 12a of RAM 12.
