FIELD: prosthetic dentistry. SUBSTANCE: method includes fitting and superposition of bridge-type prosthesis on prepared bearing teeth and introduction of pin into root canal of tooth via through canal in occlusion surface of prosthesis. Bridge-type prosthesis is cast in block, and pin is represented by anchor pin which is fixed with sinking in through canal of occlusion surface of prosthesis. Sinking is closed with light-hardened composite or self-hardening plastic. Composite bridge-type prosthesis consists of bridge-type prosthesis itself with facing, through canal in occlusion surface and pin. EFFECT: prosthesis at nonparallel axes of bearing teeth roots. 2 cl, 1 dwg
