The unit consists of a hollow housing with a closing plate, containing a toothed gear (4) with an eccentric peg (7) to drive a lever (13) and a crank (20a,20b) articulated about a pivot and converting the rotary motion of the gear into an alternating rotary motion of an output shaft (10). The one-piece friction surface panel and seal is made from a material with a low friction coefficient.
