PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combining structure that simplifies assembly work by pushingly rotating a lock member up to a predetermined angle with a lock pin and at the same time, regulating the movement of the lock member in the rotating direction, and combining the lock member and a rotor in a manner to make them relatively rotatable by interposing a case between them. SOLUTION: Each regulating protrusion 18g of a lock member 18 is engaged with and fitted in a slit above a guide slot 7j of a rotor 7. Each insertion hole 18f is deviated from an insertion hole 7g by a certain angle in the circumferential direction. When each lock pin 19 is pushed in from the insertion hole 18f, a tilted part perpendicular to a tilted part 19b at the upper end of the lock pin 19 is brought into contact with the inner periphery of the insertion hole 7g. When the lock pin 19 is further pushed in, it rotates the lock member 18 up to a certain angle while being inserted into the insertion hole 7g and a slip-off prevention part 19b is locked to the upper edge of the insertion hole 7g of the rotor 7. Thereby, the axial movement of the lock member 18 is regulated and its play is hence eliminated so that a case 9 is combined in a manner to make it relatively rotatable with respect to the rotor 7.
