PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide document processing method and device which take out binding information from a document with icons shown and applies it to other documents. SOLUTION: A document that becomes a processing object is stored as document information in a storage device which is provided in a document processor. The document information is provided with a binding information description area 20 in which binding information of the document is described and a document information description area 21 in which document content is stored in each page. Only the area 20 is taken out from the document of an operated icon in accordance with an operation that is performed to the icon of each document by an operator, a document that consists of only binding information is prepared and the binding information is added to other documents. |
